Team Beesley provides over 15 years of real estate experience to clients buying or selling homes in Carmel, Carmel Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Salinas, Salinas Valley and the surrounding areas.

Ben Beesley is the Team Co-Founder and Local Expert, whose high level of understanding of investment opportunities, second homes, and luxury estates benefits every client relationship. Ben is a second generation native of the Monterey community and has been a part of the Carmel community for over 40 years, when he started attending school at Junipero Serra. Not only does he manage a successful real estate business in Carmel and surrounding communities, he also helps bring the community together through his efforts with various Non Profits in the community and supporting the Carmel Chamber of Commerce events and membership.

Shannon Vereker is one of our Partner Agents. For the majority of people the purchase of a home is their largest single investment. Shannon’s goal is to guide you successfully and easily through the contractual, investment, and emotional choices involved in the Real Estate process on both the buying and selling sides. She is committed to providing you and your friends with superior service and expertise and to make it the most memorable purchase of your life. 

Melissa Everett is the glue that holds Team Beesley together. She not only is our Support Services Coordinator, following up with each of our buying and selling transactions ensuring nothing is overlooked or forgotten, she is also our Director of Client Care assuring each client is treated with a high level of care + service providing open lines of communication to our clients through each step of your real estate experience.
